how can i submit a short track spotlight nomination?

Top Row Racing Media collects Short Track Spotlight nominations through our Google Form linked above and on the Discover More drop-down tab. This allows for us to have everything in one central spot so that when we write our article about the person we can easily find the information.
Someone can submit multiple nominations too! The Google Form does not require sign-in to complete.
where can i submit photos of the nominee?

To be sure that Top Row Racing Media has a picture of your nominee, please send a picture attachment to media@toprowracingmedia.com with proper photo credit. If photo credit is not provided, this can delay the spotlight post or the photo may not be used at all.
We strongly support Intellectual Property Rights as well as Copyright Laws which protects photos. If the driver raced at Kalamazoo or New Paris, or at another event we covered, we likely have a photo of the race car. It never hurts to send a picture to be sure.
Where can i find the spotlight article and graphic?

All Top Row Racing Media Short Track Spotlight articles and graphics can be found on our Top Row Racing Media Facebook page. Spotlights run from 5 P.M.-8 P.M. (four per night) every Wednesday unless there is an announced schedule alteration. While rare, it does happen!
We have created a photo album on Facebook where past Spotlights can be found. Click the photo, and in the description is the original article.
does top row racing media notify nominees when their article will be posted?

No, Top Row Racing Media does not alert the nominator or nominee when an article will be posted. From our original run in 2022-2023, drivers commented often how they liked the random order and that not knowing created interest every Wednesday. Because of the feedback from multiple drivers, we continue that practice today. It also creates an authentic feeling not knowing it’s coming.
