NEW PARIS, IN - The New Paris Speedway had success last year with the Limited Late Models as a part of the Summer Sizzler, so they’re running it back with a slight change in schedule as the track announced today, July 22nd, that the Limited Late Models, as their own class, will be a part of the program on Saturday, August 1st.

Originally announced as a $1,075 to win feature and $275 to start, sponsors have poured in support to make it a $1,500 to win feature and $300 to start. The race winner also receives a brand new grill and a case of bacon to go along with their trophy as has been the Summer Sizzler tradition for many years.

The Limited Late Models will join the Reveal the Hammer Outlaw Super Late Models and Modifieds as the three showcase classes of the night. In recent years, Mini Stocks were one of the support classes to race at The Sizzler before the Limited Lates replaced them last year.

The Limited Late Models will run on the Hoosier 980 tire, and drivers can bring their own tires or connect with the track to order some. There will be no impound, and the race is not a Trifecta Series points race with it being a late addition. For the Modifieds, this event will be a Trifecta Series event with their grand finale on September 19th. The Limited Late Models will have their next Trifecta Series points night at the Annual Flagger Boy Twin 50s which is the following Saturday, August 8th, along with the Street Stocks.
