Ryan Beavers

In life, there are those special humans who simply make everything better---whether it be with comedic timing, an ability to listen, the character to mentor others, their love for others, or the empathy they're able to show. In all aspects, they're the epicenter for the good times and tough times, and with them around, somehow, someway, everything will work out.
The racing community in Southwest Michigan was shocked in early July to learn that Kalamazoo Track Services team member Ryan Beavers lost his life as a result of an auto accident. The man that Ryan Beavers was to so many left a lasting impact--he was the definition of a perfect human in a world where perfection is subjective, yet even in subjectivity, it's hard to reach.
His passion for living was infectious, and he made everyone around him better. Ryan was someone anyone could count on, and he always strived to be his best self while he helped and gave to those around him.
While many in the short track racing community know Ryan as a member of the Kalamazoo Track Services team, they may not have known about his love for professional wrestling, model railroads, and music. There was no secret however that his biggest love of all was his wife Ellis.
That's what made Ryan so special to so many. His ability to love others and make them feel important---his "get in there" attitude---his perfect timing to bring light in darkness---and simply put, he could make anyone laugh. He was also all-in on team and loved to share his passions with others.
The Kalamazoo Track Services members worked much of the 2025 season with heavy hearts, but there were many moments and times that memories of Ryan would pop up or a situation occurred that made them think of him. That was the impact Ryan made on so many, that even in his absence, his presence is always felt.
To quote Bray Wyatt, "Wrestling is not a love story it is just an excuse to be a kid again." A kid at heart, Ryan Beavers the man did it his way, and his lasting legacy on those around him will be forever felt.
