𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩

For many New Paris drivers, crew members, fans, and workers, they know Andi Lynn and the passion she has for anything she sets her mind to. For others who may not know, she's also been the primary, although not only, driving force behind the New Paris Speedway social media.

For those who follow New Paris on social media, the flyers they see for upcoming events are often created by Andi. They set the tone for what fans can expect at an upcoming event, and its her background in creative design that has allowed her to bring a bit of her work experience from out West back home to the Midwest.

On race days, when Andi is available between her other work assignments, she's also spent time in the pit area, in the middle of the track, and in Victory Lane where she took photos for the speedway. Those photos captured memories, moments, triumphs, and viral scenes which helps to highlight what makes the New Paris Speedway "The Hottest 1/4 Mile in the Midwest."

One thing Andi does well is connect with people, and each connection means something to her. That emotional trait, while powerful, can be challenging too. Andi is someone who is easy to talk with, and that can sometimes create a challenge when a person seeks out to express anger, frustration, stress, or simple unhappiness. For creative people, who also have the ability to easily connect with those they interact with, the heaviness of the range of emotions they take in from others can be impactful and exhausting yet powerful and motivating. The cause and effect of emotions means the creativity goes away and becomes "another task" when there's a feeling of negativity. Yet, on the opposite side, positive emotions and a feeling of value can open the flood gates of creativity.

Andi's presence can immediately be felt by anyone who interacts with her as she carries herself as strong and confident. Yet, it's that strength and confidence that has also allowed her to be authentic and caring. Her impact on New Paris' social media has helped set it apart from many others around the area.
