𝙎𝙝𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙎𝙥𝙤𝙩𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩

Matt Kemp has been a short track star for years, and for those early fans who supported him and watched as he grew in the sport, his success is no surprise to them.

For fans who may only see him when the MCR Dwarf Cars come to their track, they're quickly introduced to someone who has the talent level to compete at the highest levels.

The self-appointed Chief Taco Bell Executive has made many trips in his time to Taco Bell to celebrate feature wins and championship seasons, often posing out in front of the building with ones in the air. After multiple championships in the MCR Dwarf Series, Kemp finally had an opportunity offered to him that he could not refuse even if that meant he'd have to step back from full time racing in a series he was one of the top contenders every night.

Fast Track Racing Enterprises offered Kemp an opportunity to join their team and ride along a few times a season. The pay to ride program is interesting in that it offers opportunities for drivers to get seat time, but the ability to raise sponsorship dollars determines much of if that opportunity will come true. Thankfully for Kemp, he secured sponsors throughout the year to land rides at Berlin, Daytona, and Flat Rock--two tracks of course quite familiar to Kemp from his MCR days.

With each ride, Kemp showed the full time competitors and those watching at the track and home that he has the talent to compete with anybody anywhere. All he needs is that chance to showcase what he can do--even with one of his famous "Moves of the Race" in which he avoided chaos in front of him with no room to spare.

In the movie 𝘍𝘪𝘦𝘭𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘋𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘴, the idea that, "If you build it, they will come," rings true in so many aspects of life. Kemp has built a racing career filled with accolades. He's established partnerships with businesses and other supporters and showed determination and a work ethic unmatched. He has a loyal following. He knows he can compete at the next level. All they have to do is come.
